I ordered an aftershave and it was not delivered to my house. I contacted the so called customer service team, who instead of helping me, insisted that I had received the parcel. It later transpired that the parcel had been delivered to another address which I could not identify from the photo. Luckily, someone left the parcel outside my door 2 days later.
All I wanted was to speak to someone so they could check the whereabouts of the parcel. As this was a Christmas present, I wanted to ensure that I received the parcel before Christmas.
